Clarence gave a fantastic contribution in Europe, our European style suits him more, he is freed from the defensive duties. In the league he is forced a lot deeper and to cover in a diamond, and we don't see the best of him.

Maldini is just Maldini, rearrange his surname - 'Di Milan', the man IS Milan, a living legend and symbol of the club! <Ale>

Maldini = legend of the game no doubt.

seedorf is a strange one- my problem with Seedorf, despite his undoubted ability, is he is essentially a very lazy player: last night he made no attempts to track back at all when Liverpool were completely dominating midfield; managed to get away with it because of the strength of the Milan backline and the poaching instincts of Inzaghi to cover up an essentially limp display from Milan's midfield.

Had Milan lost last night, Im pretty sure Seedorf would have got plenty of the blame. He can thank Maldini and co. for saving his ass!
