    Who do you personally feel is the world's best naturally left footed player?

    Thought this would be worth doing as it would eliminate most of the usual suspects like Dinho, Kaka, Ronaldo, Henry, Eto'o, Messi, Totti, Ibrah etc...

    There doesn't actually seem to be that many world class naturally left footed players out there, compared to say ten years ago...

    Did you know the U21 Belgium team had 8 of 11 left footed players. Some potential world class talent in there.

    It will be very hard to see another left footed player like César Cueto. While leading Perú's midfield, he beat Maradona (in his prime) in head to head matches, and was five minutes away of eliminating Maradona's Argentina from WC 1986. They tied us 2-2 in Buenos Aires late in the game with a controversial "goal".

    Cueto also mopped the floor with Platini in Paris. Platini was France's boss, but couldn't touch Cueto's midfield.

    No other left footed played BOSSED a midfield like Cueto did. He bossed it against the Dutch, against Maradona, and against Platini in Platini's house. If we only had forwards during Cueto's years like we do today...<Ale>
