Van Persie is great in non-dead ball situations as well.
You only have to see his goal against Blackburn in the 05/06 season and his goals verses Blackburn, Wigan, Charlton and Watford in the 06/07 season to see this

Hleb always seems comfortable with both feet, he just isn't always particularly good with either.

Players from the East German school of football are perfectly two footed normally, because they traditionally put great emphasis on it. Ballack, Schneider and Borowski are good examples.

Zidane, Ronaldo, Nedved were/are probably the best genuwinely two footed players in recent times.
Currently, I'd say Zambrotta, Ronaldinho, Robinho, possibly Kaka. Can't really think of any others, but I'm sure there are some others.
