Kevin-Prince Boateng from Hertha Berlin ! Apparently they look set to beat Sevilla to the midfilder. He is 20yrs old attaking centre mid who is very fast and skillful. He has dual German - Ghanian nationality but has so far turned down Ghana request for him to play for them.

Greatly talented , central attacking midfielder also very good defensively , can play anywhere in the midfield , certainly a better player(potential you can say) then Huddlestone or Jenas (not counting Zokora as Boateng prefers central attacking role).

According to Kicker the transfer fee will be 7.4m Euro. He's a German U21 international, from time to time he´s trying to speed up his nomination for the senior team by blackmailing Jogi Löw with the Ghanaian FA... ...so far without any success though...

I've talked about this transfer a bit on the Bundesliga transfer thread. I think that he should be a good signing, although I am a little surprised that they have gone for another central midfielder. He sounds like he should be a better option than Huddlestone or Jenas, but I would have thought a left midfielder/winger was a more pressing concern for Spurs.

Erm...typical Tweedle again.
His (great-)grandfather is German legend Helmut Rahn, who scored the winning goal in the WC final against Hungary in 1954.
