    Players dying whilst at work (so to speak) is something that's becoming far too common for it to be considered a freak event anymore. I doubt Pro clubs making sure that their players get thorough medical check-ups as opposed to just looking at the usual sports injuries.

    Weird that a Sport like Boxing, where the dangers are far more obvious has a lower death rate than football...

    Whatever the reasons - My condolences to his Family, Friends and those connected with Motherwell FC.
