So MOTD decided not to show the Ashley young dive us and now they didn't bother with the Phil Neville one either. Hmm, seems like English players don't dive, maybe its just Gerrard and J.Cole then.

Did they show Arteta's dive, I can't remember? If they did then that does suggest a rather selective approach to such issues, if not then maybe we can put it down to them having plenty of other highlights to show. Not much doubt that the analysts do tend to gloss over blatant diving from English players though.

They didnt show the Yakubu dive, the Neville dive or the Arteta dive. They did show Eduardo's handball though. <Ale>

The ball bobbled up from the wet surface and hit him inbetween his chest and arm, nothing he could do about it.

Well look at the penalty we had against us! Spector stretched his neck out to header it...he misses it and it hits his arm which he isn't controlling...and Man Utd are given a penalty.

Spector's fault, misjudged the flight of the ball. Eduardo didn't have time to move his arm as the ball skided into him at pace, he didn't use his arm to control the ball either, it just hit him.

    Congratulations btw. <Ale>

I'm going to the game on New Year's Day, good luck to your team. Smiley

It just happened to fall straight into his path after hitting his hand. It was a blantant handball same as Spector's.

diving is so 2006/2007. It's all about two footed challenges this season. Get with he program.
