It's amazing how Madrid and Barça's histories are always mirror images of each other...a few years ago they were cruising before suddenly collapsing, and we went on a phenomenal run in the 2nd half of the season. Only an on-form Valencia prevented us from winning the league. Then the following season the team in the ascendancy continues with a huge lead by the winter break, including a win in the other's home ground.

It's a pity. It would awesome to see both on form Barca and Real slug it out, although we'd probably win it the end
I wouldn't be so sure about next season, we've got a good crop of players and the players are yet to gel.
