Credit where its due, i rate Walcott highly as an impact player - the obvious example to highlight what he can do as one being the assist vs. Liverpool.
The trouble is that Wenger doesn't use him nearly enough. Using Walcott with 5/10 minutes to go against a team who are defending deep and allowing no space behind their defence is never going to work, bringing him on fresh with 25-30 minutes still to play however works far better.
Regardless of Walcotts lack of control, positioning or goalscoring ability, having a player of that kind of pace running at tired legs is a valuable weapon to have.
