Typical Arsenal. They get the lead and then switch off and gift Newcastle the impetus.

Typical Newcastle, we switch off and concede and only then do we start playing.

Shit keeping by Harper for the 3rd Arsenal goal.

And then he makes up for it just now by scrambling around like a madman Laughing

Anyone else agree that Nasri's haircut/style is up there with Sagna's and any number of Cisse creations as one of the worst to ever grace the Premier League?

Was that Clichy with the run right through Newcastle's midfield? Simply stunning pass at the end, the finish should have been better.

Great comeback. Maintaining pressure on Villa now.

    Kas

Are you talking about the wee blonde things going through his hair? Agree that it looks terrible. Doesn't suit two-tone hair.

Is it true that he's quite arrogant and conceited? Remember reading that Gallas dislikes him because he doesn't show respect to the senior members of the squad.

There was a camera on him at a FK last week and he looks like he could moan and whinge quite a lot.

    Good player though.

Was this the same Taylor that did a double foul on Clchy? Where the second foul was a headlock type move.

Well that was unexpected. Fucking awesome though. What a performance. We were all over Man U in the first half. Should really have won the game there and then. Rode our luck in the second but what a finish by Gera.

The whole team was excellent today. particularly in midfield and wide areas. Murphy gave a captains performance and our defence was as brilliant as ever. Pleased Gera scored, he's one those who has the knack of popping in goalscoring positions unexpectedly but he's missed quite a few chances over the season so has got a lot of stick.

Man U were poor in the first half. Berbatov and Ronaldo were awful. How many times has Scholes been sent off for hand ball this season? Does he want to prolong his career by becoming a goalkeeper. I'm glad Rooney was sent off, the number of times he has gotten away with things, great comeuppance.

Phil Dowd was consistent and got all the major decisions correct (I might be biased here). And he sent off Terry earlier in the season. What a ref.

Oh yeah we have got 40 points so we should be safe

FAO Fey - My anus was totally dripping at the end!

What an atmosphere -we outplayed them until the last 15 mins, which happened to be one of the most terrifying experiences I've had watching a match live. Great performance all round, Modric & Gomes were brilliant.

Modric has pissed on Ballack twice in a year, once at the Euros and again today, so much so that Ballack had to kick him out of the game Evil or Very Mad.

3 pts off 7th with West Ham to come at Home Shocked

Very good 2nd half performance. Newcastle dropped a bit in the 2nd half as I expected. There was a chance to score the 4th goal(we should also be looking at the goal difference), but 3-1 is also a very good result especially considering the fact that we've always struggled in this fixture.

The pressure is on Villa now....

On a negative note: I was fuming after we conceded the goal coz we conceded coulpa goals in a similar manner last season, but unfortunately it seems we have learned. This team can be very unprofessional at times, they need to cut that out If they want to turn into a trophy winning team.
