Baines with two glorious free kicks. Proper 'ballei. If he were German Kroos and Blut would be depositing large amounts of man cream into their shorts every weekend.

Still too early to say how good Everton will be this season, but given they usually start poorly (last season an anomaly) and same said of Martinez during his time at Wigan, they must be pretty pleased with how it's going after losing Screech. 3 beautiful goals today. Lukaku looks like he's just stepped out of the jungle and is playing for his survival. Terrifying.

An upload of Mourinho doing what many of us which we could be in a position to do: Keeping Redknapp in his place.

only Mourinho could spin 1 win in 5 into mocking condescension.
The media isn't to blame, his problems are of his own making. Maybe it will work out, maybe it won't.
I don't remember the last time Chelsea didn't beat Fulham at home. Let alone a Fulham with their best player and their goalkeeper out injured.
Let's see how greasy his balls are after they visit Tottenham next week.

Interesting. Could have been more conservative and put Monreal in.

well I don't remember those, and I certainly don't remember the last time Fulham won at Stamford Bridge. They were never a threat, even putting a Darren Bent style chance on a plate for DarrenS4P wrote:Last season glenn: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20422485will.i.glenn wrote:I don't remember the last time Chelsea didn't beat Fulham at home.

We are missing a strong off the ball runner like Theo, we are missing him loads - look blunt on counters. We look disjointed, but that's to be expected with that lack of familiarity in our front 4.
We are going to draw this one I think unless we improve dramatically in the 2nd half.
Ramsey is getting ridiculous.

I never notice players laces. A lot of clubs aren't participating anyway, with good reason IMO.will.i.glenn wrote:has anyone noticed the Anti-homophobia laces being worn this weekend?

Alan Smith was summariser for the Marseilles game on Wednesday too, so that's 3 hours now this week I've listened to him quietly masturbating.

FT3 - 1. Three goals from three set pieces, Ozil provider for all of them. We didn't play particularly well but we know about grinding out results now. Just as well Hughes was obviously too proud to revert to form and unleash Crouch in 2H which could have made things uncomfortable for us. Arteta back, which gives options for Wilshere and Ramsey who were being kicked out of the park. Huth should have been off, practically everything he did was a foul.

We sort of fluked this one, in a typical Man U fashion. Stoke bossed us in the 2nd half. This game reminded me of our games in the 2nd half of last season; grit, determination, getting the rub of the green, win at all costs etc
There's definitely something about this team, whether it's enough to mount a serious title challenge remains to be seen.

I know I poo pooed it at the time but how f****g important was it to sign Flamini? The reason Koscielny hasn't particularly stood out this season (apart from giving stupid penalties) is that he hasn't had to make too many of these last ditch interventions with Flams in front of him.
