Pretty underwhelming final day in the end with the title, CL places and relegation wrapped up already. Only thing to be decided is whether Spurs make the coveted Europa League or not...

Shola's last game, I never thought I'd see the day. Apparently the board aren't letting Pard renew his contract. It will be emotional.

ah come on, would only take one freak result and you win title. I get the impression if you were in Istanbul that time, you'd have given up and left at half time

There's a difference in having faith in your own team and having faith in a poor Sam Allardyce team with nothing to play for. After 60 minutes the other night I actually had faith in Villa ffs, look what happened.

At very most West Ham could get a draw but I can't see us winning 13-0, even if it is against this Newcastle team.

We've pushed them all the way but City can start planning for their open top bus already.

If Brenton fails to win the league this weekend, he has won less trophies then Moyes in 10 months. Also, not to piss on Liverpools parade, but they invested over 50 million this year, and all of it looks like shite so far. That Sakho...

I can see City losing 0-1 and Newcastle getting a draw.

To take a team from 7th to 2nd in one season after spending around 25 million net compared to City and Chelsea who spent 70-90 million, Arsenal who spent 40-50, United who spent 40 million is a remarkable achievement. Suarez was missing 5 games, Sturridge over a month, the whole defence was injured at one point as well.

Sakho will come good - he needs to work on his positioning and passing and he will become a beast of a defender.

The funny thing is though you'd chop off your left bollock to swap Wenger with Rodgers right now.

Cafu is in Liverpool to watch the match tomorrow at Anfield  Very Happy he's apparently taken a liking to Jon Flanagan this season.

Looking forward to it - it would be a shame to end the season not winning any of our last 3 games so I'm hoping we can just get the win and if that's by a few goals then even better.

Should be a lot of positivity after the game during the lap of honour - the players have been immense.

    Likely team:

    Mignolet

    Johnson
    Skrtel
    Sakho
    Flanagan

    Henderson
    Gerrard

    Coutinho
    Suarez
    Sterling

    Sturridge.

Giggs took a meaningless game as an opportunity to play a couple of kids, and it worked, we've had meaningless games for ages and Pardew keeps playing Ameobi. Could be Debuchy and Krul's last games for us aswell, though Colo has said he's staying.

I tell you what, this is horrible.

    ------------------------------Krul------------------------------

    Debuchy--Taylor--Williamson--Coloccini--Haidara

    --------Sissoko----Anita----Tiote----Gouffran--------

    -----------------------------Shola-----------------------------

5 at the back, probably the least creative midfield ever, and Ameobi up front on his own.  Laughing   Meanwhile Ben Arfa and Marveaux are sat at home, and the London media are outraged at the idea of Pardew being sacked.

Plane flying overhead with a banner that reads United 19, Gerrard 0 #mufc #lfc

    Optimistic scoreline that like.

Also Liverpool are apparently searching Newcastle fans for banners at the request of Newcastle. At SJP the stewards always try to take the banners off fans, our club is that scummy.

The Liverpool fans are a disgrace. Don't they realise all they have to do is want to win and the players feed off that vibe and they then easily win. They're as bad as the Everton fans the massive wankers.
