It looked like it was a different team out there in the second half. Mancini was tearing Zannetti apart during the first half Maicon came on and Zannetti went onto the left where he was a menace. Figo was absolutely outstanding playing on the right and even through the middle. Crespo and Ibrahomovic seamed to click instantly. Great Game

Saw the game - Zlatan impressed me so did Crespo and Vieira, Figo his usual self and the Internazionale midfield were efficient

The game was superb...I thought Zlatan was incredibly poor.
Profligate and awful touches. Even that goal Vieira slotted in came about because Ibra was trying to shoot -- waywardly may I add -- and Vieira happened to be there to spare his blushes.
Ibra is tremendously overrated.
Figo, Vieira, Crespo and Maicon were outstanding.

Personally thought Zlatan was arrogant at times (that's his game), but his control and distribution (could be improved?)
however in the long run and with Figo in the team -- he could come up trumps.

what a game! best football match ive seen this season by miles and Inter have a very impressive squad! Can they actually get it together and win something?
Cambiasso and vieria is a very strong midfield but i wouldnt play ZLatan and adriano together up front as the r both big lazy lumps who think they are amazing (they are usually amazing for 1 game out of 10), crespo is class and will give more for the team than the other two! Im going to place a bet on Adriano and Zlatan not gettng along at all and one of them leaving ASAP!

I saw it in Italian, but still, what an incredible game!
Inter start the new season by retaining the supercup, thats not bad.
What I liked was the belief in the team, even after such a slow terrible start, the team just went for it. Inter could ve scored 10 in the second half.
Figo was immense again - Real must be really regretting selling him off. His combination with Maicon has me worried for Zanetti, something I couldn't imagine for 10 years now... Zanetti on the left in the 2nd was 10 times better than Grosso, so maybe we should worry about Grosso. Vieira and Ibra were good, but Crespo is exactly what we were missing last season - the best signing IMO - a natural goal scorer.... I think Adriano is going to have a frustating season unless he rediscovers his touch quickly.
We are on! Scudetto, Bayern, here we come!!!
