Do they have the x-factor like?

    Jones has potential

Yep, almost all Dutchies agree on that....can you imagine Yikes

I still think he needs another year to learn, develop and build up selfesteem.

We do have a Micky-Mouse league, but it's one of the best regarding education and player-growth...

I agree with that. He's going to be behind Scholes, Carrick, Whoever we happen to sign plus probably Fletcher and O'Shea as well.

Another season, would of been ideal. He's passing is excellent, he's just not there yet physically imo.

I wont call it a Mickey Mouse league..however do you watch 'EuroGoals' on Eurosport .. the commentator said this during the AZ game "i know defending is bad in the Erevidise, but this is ridiculous" Shocked

Your right, Jones needs a year or two; then he could be ready..

He was on loan for a couple of months and he was voted by the fans their second best player on the season..

well NEC is definitely light years better then Royal Antwerp. i wonder why we dont strike a partnership deal with NEC like the one that Chelsea have with PSV. It would be really productive IMHO for both parties.

Eagles isn't good enough. Decent everything, no particularly outstanding qualities. Got one of those in Darren Fletcher. Don't need another.

Rossi and Jones, and probably Pique, will make it into the first team. Lee Martin I've not seen much of, but he's never particularly impressed me.
