    @axe

    what about changing your avatar

    it has NOTHING to do with Groningen, Leeds, the Elftal, Lehmann, Germany or indeed means of transportation

    nor does it depict a Schwalbe or a bit of Dutch phelm

    Hey Bas!

    Speciaal voor je verjaardag een schoppenacht puzzel:

    Je zit in 7Sa, na het volgende biedverloop:

    2kl - 2ru - 4ru - pas
    4ha - pas - 4sa - pas
    5ha - pas - 7sa - a.p.

    2kl heb je afgesproken als 'zwakke precisie 2-klaveren'. De tego's komen ruiten uit, voor de 8 - V - A:

    From my team I can only imagine Thuram becoming a top manager. Last year I would maybe have added Gio to that list.

    He is far to reserved as a person to go into management, when he hangs up his boots I doubt we will see much of him again.

    I can't help but think that Teddy Sheringham will go onto management someday.

    Not thinking about it too long, I can see Rui Costa as having the right character to lead a big club. As a player at club level he's done it all, and is well recognised as a senior International for Portugal.

    He has the drive and people skills to get the best out of his players, comands respect, and there are few in the game with his vision. I think he'd promote an attractive approach to football, without forgetting his tactics - after so many years in Italy he'd be strong in this area I'd think.

    Paulo Sousa is with the FPF invovled in the youth ranks. He seems to be going up on the ladder and there was recent speculation he wanted the U-21 job, which he didn't get. Paulo's similar to Rui, so if Sousa can continue to be successful now that he's hung up his boots, I don't see why Rui can't do the same.

    Solskjaer could become a good coach and eventually a decent manager.
