    This person is clearly an Arsenal fan - Bacary Sagna the 28th best player around? Wilshere 27th?

    The Wilshere summary is hysterical:
    Enough cannot be said about the rise of young Jack. His performance against Barcelona in the Champions League second round first leg brought him to Europe’s attention, but he has been putting in shifts like that all season.

    His complete midfield play has helped cover the gaps that have been exposed by Alex Song’s increased tendency to go forward in the Arsenal midfield. Some people are comparing him to Paul Scholes, and there are similarities in the technique/passing/vision, but Scholes never ran this fearlessly from midfield, or possessed Wilshere’s tackling ability.

    However, he is still some way from matching Scholes’ end product and eye for goal. His barnstorming runs from midfield have sometimes lacked a pinpoint pass or finish at the end. But lest we forget, the lad is only 19, and that is all certain to improve with time.

    His form has been deservedly recognized with a place in the PFA Team of the Year. If Aaron Ramsey becomes anything close to the player he was threatening to be pre-Shawcross, Arsenal are set for the rest of the decade in that position.

    FYI – Wilshere is one of the few 16 year olds ever to play in the Champions League

    It's like an Arsenal FC press release. I didn't bother reading the rest of the list so someone will have to tell me how highly they ranked Arshavin and RVP...

    it's a silly blog post, the only person as stupid as the author is any idiot who reproduces it.

    I did enjoy the fact that while posting an arbitrary list of 100 well known footballers, he bothers to suggest that some players tie Very Happy

    Definitely an Arsenal/Championship Manager fan.

    Scour the internet and be amazed that there are some shit lists like this, but instead of thinking "I'll move on", posting it in wind up attempt 1034954459.

    maybe i am baised, and this list is just for fun anyway, but müller is highly underrated, maybe he cant lift a team constant on his how like özil, but he played 58 games and was included in 43 goals, not included the pre assist pass thx to his great brain and runs

    Arsenal fan for sure then. Wilshere is extremely talented , but one season means nothing- Modric has done it at international level and the league for a number of seasons.

    Having said that, the Lennon rating he got spot on. Knows a world class player when he sees one Ale

    No maybe about it, you are incredibly biased.

    But Muller is an excellent young player. If England had a forward with such intelligence then... well, he wouldn't even get picked for the national side due to not running around enough, or some other shit reason.
