I fear your right , things must change .. no Rooney + Ronaldo for the next 3 games and no Rooney till October ; God knows when Saha will return .. but if the team is disciplined enough Tevez settles in .. its not doom and gloom , start of the season and the WUMs have written the team off.

They showed highlights of a few matches on Dutch tv.

Pay attention for a great Melchiott tackle.

When player jumps off the ground they lose all credibility, even if they have been injured. Not that referee's follow that viewpoint.

Even by the look of the highlights, Mikel should have started though instead of Sidwell.

I think he's been watching too many Real Madrid matches. He's electing to punch a lot more nowadays. Surely he must have seen from some of Casillas' performances that you're a lot more vulnerable when you punch.

Based on the last 2 performances, I think our whole defence has been watching Real Madrid Laugh

Nope everything has been sorted. Maybe Alex found out that he doesn't look good in blue

Chelsea fucking sneaked this. Almost the reverse of the weekend in that Reading had the better of things then. Good substitutions from Mourinho however - Mikel has to be first XI by now!

Actually, our defense is pretty much the only thing we got going at the moment. Casillas-Pepe-Cannavaro-Torres have worked very well.

The difference with Casillas though is that when he punches it he clears it away from danger. Poor Cech doesn't even know how to make contact with it lol!
