I promised Fey at least one more poll about Mourinho leaving, so here goes
Who is (or was) more responsible for Chelsea's current status/reputation/trophy count? (even though Abramovich wants more).
Many Chelsea fans will be extremely annoyed with Abramovich for falling out with Mourinho and losing a winning coach...but IMO it's a chicken and egg situation, because without Abramovich's investment, would Mourinho even be at the club in the first place? Probably not. And although Mourinho is the kind of person who can work with "small-name" players, there's no doubt having the big money signings made his job much easier.
So my vote goes to Abramovich. From Chelsea's perspective, he's probably going to regret this "decision", but I don't think it can be denied that for the amount of money he's put in he deserves to do as he pleases.
