    since the ballack injury chelsea lost there domination,

    in premier leauge and in champions league

    so ballack is the most important chelsea midfielder in my eyes

    If Ballack doesn't play and everyone is fit for Chelsea then they play with 2 wingers supporting the main striker, this is the system I like to see for Chelsea

    He'll grow in importance but at present Cech, Terry, Carvalho, Makalele, Essien, Cole and Drogba are all more important

    at the minute he couldn't be less important

    just another excuse to play their best midfielder essien out of position

    but it's hardly his fault. sadly for chelsea fans it looks like the hug jose gave flump at the end of the arsenal game indicates that he really does view him as a key player so another season of unbalance for chelsea in midfield beckons
