Ajax coach Henk ten Cate insists he does not want to talk about the speculation linking him with a move to Chelsea.
Ten Cate has been rumoured to be a target of the Blues as they look to bolster manager Avram Grant's coaching staff in the wake of the departure of former boss Jose Mourinho.
Dutch football magazine Voetbal International claims Chelsea's technical director Frank Arnesen has held talks with ten Cate about a possible move to the West London club.
According to the Guardian HtC is going to Chelsea as Director of Football, so he will be Grant's boss, not his assistant.

The Sun had it the other way round. Grant would be Football director, Ten Cate would be coach. Mainly as Ten Cate was better at working with players, plus he has the FIFA license.

Good luck to Chelsea. HTC hasn't really impressed me as a head coach , still Chelsea have *better* players so he may do well.
