    By accepting Platini's proposals (which the G-14, soon to be G-50) have rejected, there's bound to be a huge power struggle between UEFA, the league controlling bodies, and the individual clubs in those leagues, in the next few seasons.

    Can't see how it will ever get through as the big clubs' self-interest means that they will fight it tooth and nail and would split from UEFA rather than give up their pot of gold any time, so can't see what extra time will achieve.
