for two years i think. i hope he ends up in Real because for me he has more potential then any other young manager right now. but as he has said his style of more offensive football with the ball is more suited for a big team. so any good he does for getafe would prove alot to me.Raifael wrote:How long is Michael Laudrups contract at Getafe ?

Klose 2-2.
Lucky bastards. Another player was offside and Klose misses the header & it goes in of his shoulder... Kroos assist.

I found it hard to enjoy watching Tottenham suffer, with all the $h!t Jol was getting. I like the guy, think he's a good manager, with good ideas and he makes sure he has a British core in his side. I feel sorry for him. I'd welcome him to Upton Park if Curbishley fucks up...though I'm happy with Curbs.

felt sorry for Jol too, but that doesn't mean any sympathy for Spuds. I hate them twice as a Gunner and as a Feyenoorder.Deano Besiktas wrote:jonathan de guzman wrote:You're welcomeDeano Besiktas wrote:Now Jol has gone...I can go back to being the biggest Anti-Tottenham person on the forum .

Yep, your damn lucky 3-2 Bayern.Effenberg wrote:Anybody watching Bayern? Is the pitch as terrible as the ticker says?
Goalkeeper howler longdistance freekick by Kroos goes in...
Klose 2nd goal was extremely lucky too, was a fluked offside goal.
Congratulations anyway.
Lucio was your best player in the bits I saw. Rensing could probably have saved both Red Star goals. Lahm had a very ppor match.
Entertaining match.

The pitch isn't nearly as bad as some from the EPL. Bayern very fortunate to score winning goal in the end.

Re: UEFA Cup Group Stage - Matchday 1
Just watching the Bayern highlights. Rensing should have done better for the second Red Star goal. Klose was a bit lucky with his second, he was completely unmarked and miscued his header but it went in. Klose definitely didn't get a touch on Kroos' goal. Absolutely no way he should get credit for it. Rubbish goalkeeping as well.
