Ok, once again we lead 1-0. Let's see if Spijker has hammered some mental toughness in this team.

Listening to Rijnmond, it seems like we play very negative, and Twente are much better.

But I don't fucking care if we win this won.

Good win for Ajax, I'm starting to think that Koster should be given the permanent managerial role, the man is giving youth a chance and they looking good especially Siem de Jong. Still undefeated which is a bonus.

Was watching this one, shame we lost..but the 70th-80 minute was the most spectacular I have seen so far this season. Both teams went out to win it..the coin felt to Groningen's way.

Maybe sent a letter to Wijnaldum this week Biggrin

Anyway no big deal, we just have to get rid of Lucius and co. Winterbreak would be perfect for it...So far we had the toughest programme so.

Well Berg is quality..but then again he had to deal with Lucius and Bahia

Yes we had our toughest opponents already. Groningen, PSV, Twente, Vitesse.. those are our most difficult away games for the last 5 years.

    Only Heerenveen away to go..

    Congrats axe!

Great match, but we lost so fucking gutted. Could have gone either way, we lost because we apart from the best players, we also had worst players on the pitch. Buys was a waste of space, Lucius made lots of errors & Hofland was the worst player on the pitch. Pity because Timmer played very well, so did De Cler & Bahia, who was a rock until Groningen's match winner (which was mainly caused by Hofland). Gio, Sahin, De Guzman & Makaay also played well. Slory clearly isn't match fit yet. Groningen won because their worst player was better than our worst player.

For Groningen Nevland was very good (partly because of Hofland), Silva was OK (diving c**t though, got De Cler a yellow with a dive) & Berg was impressive when he came on. We should get him. Groningen's goalie is shite, so is Sankoh. Levtsjenko & vd Laak (?) were lucky to not have been sent off.

That's the problem with Bahia...same with him against the c**ts. Great game...but with one mistake. But as long as we keep playing with players like Buys, Bahia and Lucius...these things happen.

I think it's fair to say that since today we can rule out deRoover from ever becoming world class. That just leaves Adeleye really who was again rock solid, against N'Kufo.

I know what you mean, still Bahia has been much better than Hofland last few matches. Bahia saved our ass a few times today.

Am getting most fed up with Buys & Lucius. Lucius had a few good attacking contributions, but defensive he was very bad. Don't know why Greene doesn't get a chance, he's better attacking too. Buys is just clueless. Bruins should be back next week & Slory will get better. 2 must win matches now & then home v AZ.

Bad, defensive and lucky. Good free kick by Polak to give us the lead but it was all Twente untill the 16 meter area. We defended pretty well though. Small defensive error by deRoover which gave Twente the 1-1 in the period we finally got some chances and started to play better. Pretty even in the 2nd half with both sides who could snatch the winner. De Spijker was happy with the point though.

RTL4 commentator was really bad though. Schenkel came in for Dissels saying: a defender for a striker. When in fact Dissels was playing as a midfielder and when Schenkel came in Rutjes moved to defensive midfield so infact it wasn't that negative like RTL suggested.

Tiendalli is close to match fitness, so is Ekramy (think he could play next week). I rate Greene higher than Tiendalli. Tiendalli could be better than Lucius but Tiendalli hasn't played a decent match for ages.
