The only thing in Rooney's favour is he's a better finisher and perhaps has slightly more strength. In all other aspects of the game I think Tevez is equal or better than him, IMO.

I DO rate Rooney, but leadership isn't 1 of his strengths imo, unless it's leading by example (he always gives 110%).

I think that we'll definitely stay up - the main problem is the shambolic defence. Otherwise midfield is average, but our strength upfront is pretty unique. If we keep Anelka I'd say we'd stay up for sure. Without him it's slightly more problematic, but we're better than Derby, Birmingham, Sunderland, Wigan etc.
