It didn't look like a pen to me. I don't think there was any contact. It wasn't a dive either.

Quite possibly. Honestly this is ridiculous. It's not violent, it's not insulting, it's just patronizing and sarcastic. Sent off for this, I don't believe it. It was bullshit the first time Rooney was off because of it.
Rooney did deserve a yellow for that off side call though.
