HSV win yet again and Modric is bogstandard average

    Ronaldinho is linked with Chelsea

and yet NOBODY could give a toss

    Yikes

Nobody cares about Nurnberg & HSV. Ronaldinho to Chelsea has already been denied by his brother.

How did HSV play? I haven't seen any of the goals yet. How are Germany's coefficient points? There's been a lot of talk about that earlier in the season, are they in a good position now?

with HSV and Nuremberg winning the co-efficients points are accumulating

I'm sure chrissi has the details

the de Jong goal was nothing special, kind of a poach

    Troch's penalty was ace

I just hope this Dutch madness soon ends at HSV

tonight there were 4 Dutch onfield players at kick-off vs 2 Germans

    Yikes

add Stevens and the whole deal feels like a betrayal

Rehagel would be a good replacement for Stevens Ale

I can see Otto's really keen for Dinho to move to Chelsea, so that he can use it as amunition against EPL (Europe's Premier League) should he fail. He's even gone to the lengths of bringing it up in the JEWefa Cup thread ok

Anderlecht have a few class player indeed. Hassan can be great too, Frutos is great at getting at the end of Biglia's passes. Apart from that Anderlecht have a poor team. But who knows...

Ramelow sent off for Leverkusen. (dunno what happened missed it)

Schneider on Freier off. Hoppe Bernd gets an assist, otherwise this costs me points.

Bolton fans held in Serbian hotel
    ------------

Hundreds of Bolton Wanderers football fans have been detained at a Belgrade hotel ahead of the club's Uefa Cup tie.
Serbian police have held the supporters at the Hotel National amid security fears after trouble involving Red Star Belgrade supporters last weekend.

The club said the fans, on an official trip, are being held without reasonable explanation and it has expressed its "frustration and disappointment".

Bolton face Red Star in a Uefa Cup Group F match on Thursday evening.

A statement by Bolton said the club's feelings were shared by Uefa, the FA, the British Embassy, Red Star, and travelling British police.

The club said the supporters had been prevented from visiting Belgrade city centre before the match.

"Strong and intensive" representations had been made to the local police since the incident started, the club added.

The statement said: "However, all attempts to resolve this situation have been met with the response 'the matter is under consideration' from the Belgrade police.

"The actions of the Serbian police have been made entirely unilaterally and with no prior warning or agreement with Bolton Wanderers FC or other relevant parties.

"Bolton Wanderers FC are fully aware of a crowd order situation that arose last Saturday (when a Serbian police officer was attacked with flares), and we do understand that this may have increased security issues for the local police."

The club said it was seeking clarification of unconfirmed reports that the Serbian police had received specific intelligence that Bolton supporters were at risk of attack in the city centre.

This game in Salonika is nicely balanced,Braga started well and got the goal after a mistake from the keeper, and Aris were second best except for free kicks outside the area.Great header for the equaliser, and Aris stepped it up and should be in front now but for a great save by Braga keeper and a 1 on 1 miss.Braga look less confident now in defence, but look well capable of scoring again.Could go either way.
