Rooney's missed half the season so far with injuries to be fair.

Robinho plays in the wing, which is also something to consider.

But they're different types of players though, so I don't really see the point in comparing them. All that matters is that they're both on fire at the moment and they're clearly among the world's best players.

Well I only compared him to Rooney because Nutters was slagging him off.

Yeah, I know. My response was more toward him since he ALWAYS compares him to Robinho. Now that Robinho has finally exploded he conveniently forgets to compare him with Rooney and goes straight for Ronaldo.

Well done with the stats though, that should calm Nutwing down for a while ok

Well actually i never compared Robinho with TRB....but TRW...so? The are BOTH wingers right? I mean Robinho is still a winger isnt he...or has he replaced Raul/RVN?

One is nicknamed Ronaldo FC because the team entire plays in his service and he takes penalties (mostly gotten through his own dives), the other gives crosses to his strikers and doesn't take penalties.

....shouldn't be too hard to spot the difference ok

What a save, for a moment I thought Madrid had fucked up that chance. a 3 on 2 led to 2 saves and finally Robinho pounces on the rebound and slots the ball in the bottom right corner.

And are now just five points from the relegation zone. Koeman really is on borrowed time now.

great match with a good result. for once we played great at home playing and we were playing baptista-gago-guti which i have wanted all this time. allthough i will say that baptista tended to fade out of the game. guti had some really good passes. good for snejider that he got a goal hopefully this will motivate him allthough we should keep playing baptista over him at the moment. 9 points clear and we have a fine programme the next couple of games allthough i suspect we wil drop against almeria because of the hype form this game but lets see.

I think both will be usefull. drenthe has hardly gotten a chance but in the copa he has been impressive and he did well when he came in against atletico last week. currently im excited with him so i hope gets more chances. snejiders time will come but he has to be challenged beause shuster made the mistake of making him to comfortable with his bad form. our offensive bench is looking good with drenthe/higuain/snejider/robben. Yikes

Well this just confirms what every culé knew but didn't want to accept. Now at least we can stop lieing to ourselves and concentrate on the Cup and CL (which we won't win). It also means that they will think about having a clear out in summer (the first people to go should be Ronaldinho,Rijkaard and Xavi) but I'm not keeping my hopes up for that.

I was calling for the club to sign a dutchie all summer, but did they listen? No, I hope they have learnt a lesson as will rectify the situation in the summer.

then again there is a few days left in the transfer window, if we can sign a few good Dutchmen, and get greed of some for the frenchies(history has proven the they are barca never work) we could pose and unbelievable come back.

But as my original post implied for now all hope is lost.
