I hope this isn't one of those games where Chelsea go a goal up quite early on, defend all game and then get another fluky one late on to win 2-0

I think spurs have a great chance based solely on the assumption that flump and mikel are shite

Will have to think about this , we dont want another striker who will go deep we need someone who uses channels streches defences and be there to finish things at times , pace is going to be an imp factor as he has to keep up with the pace of our direct attack.
You can have Darren Bent.

if Chelsea get an early goal it could be 4-0 or 4-1. I wonder if King will try to out do Eduardo's injury and snap his own leg right off.

blame Lrd s4p.
It's hard to understand how anyone would think a 19-20 year old who played as well as mikel did in the CL KO stages last season is shite.

Same way people think Eboue, who played well in the CL KO stages two years back, is shite.

I would love Benzema but i can't see it happening. I think Berbatov can do what you say. For pace we got Ronado, Rooney, Nani.

Villa have probably the second strongest squad in world football. behold our Not Starting XI today:
Taylor
Mellberg, Knight, O'Halloran
Routledge, Salifou, Petrov, Osbourne, Berger
Harewood, Delfouneso

spurs have the only creative players on the pitch so no surprise they are all over Chelsea
I hope Chelsea's brute force doesn't decide the game

Haha! Well done today, debaser. The last CL place is still a viable possibility. That is, if 4th place still get into the CL.

He wont be able to keep up whats the point , we attack with pace whats the point of the striker if we wait for the striker to get in the position.Batman wrote:Dark Savante wrote:Karim would be my first choice like Torres could have been , he would be perfect to head the attack , Mario is another choice ,Agbonlahor is another.Batman wrote:Dark Savante wrote:Dont want him.Batman wrote:It will be nice if Berbatov can say i left Tottenham for Man Utd after winning a trophy for Spurs.

That's funny coming from a Liverpool fan CotR. Hardly a team noted for finesse . It was 11 minutes before the first foul so not a lot of brute force so far. Tottenham have started well and Chelsea lack urgency but we'll see how it develops.
