    Riquelme Ale

Totti & Quaresma would be the best in the world, without a doubt.

    ok

Cesc, Van Persie, Riquelme, Figo, Pirlo, Aquilani. Ale

van Persie and Figo don't use pace to their advantage?

No pace, why not take away their legs while you're at it. I don't get all these anti-pace people - I personally want to see athletes/Olympians on the field. Why would you want to see normal people who you could beat in a race or arm wrestle?

It's pretty funny logic really. People who are slow are actually better with the ball and on the ball than people who are fast, simply because well they are slow Laughing

If you grow up fast you learn to play football to suit your ability and running at pace with the ball may be that if you are not you learn a different way. I guess that's the only way for some agenda's to be proven correct in theory and in the mind because in reality it just aint happening Biggrin <Ale>

Juande Ramos wrote:Kaka = Pace, Power AND Technique.....Very very silly to say he's a pace-merchant. He's so good, he could play either...

Henry = God of all Pace-merchants, whilst being Smug about it..
Why cant you say he's a pace merchant. Everything he did against ManU he wouldn't be able to do without his pace. And yeah he has good technique but he can't seem wriggle away from his marker - and that's because he doesn't have the skill of Hleb or the close control of Messi. Anyhow the whole pace merchant term is ridiculous. These players will not be running in the Olympics and Olympians will not be playing football. No matter what, you've still got to strike a ball well to be a top football. See the difference between Vassel and Henry is too huge to compare.

    No.

The only time I've seen Figo use pace was when he skinned that Angolan guy in the World Cup. I added Figo because I wanted a wide man added onto the list.

Got sent off at the weekend. Fulham were the victims of a late goal that should have been disallowed, and Andreasen made his feelings about it clear to the referee who sent him off. Other than that, he has been doing well from what I hear. One of my friends is a Fulham fan and he said that Andreasen has made a difference since joining and has impressed the fans.

Aliadiere has had his ban extended to four games after his appeal against his red card was dismissed. He will serve a three match suspension for the incident involving Mascherano and a further one match ban for filing a 'frivolous' appeal.

4 game ban for nothing and not hurting anyone. 3 games for taylor. 3 for petrov but 0 for gallas. Who said the F.A know f@ck all about football. No consistency whatsoever.

Once again, someone drags Van Persie's name into a list where it doesn't belong. Oh, look, it's an Arsenal supporter.

Three months of good form in one season, by the age of 25, doesn't make you world class. If anything, it's the exceptional period of his career that proves he isn't.

He can be a hotspur at times, he already got a red card for a revenge foul this season at Werder Bremen.

That's good to hear. He's a nice fellow and a good footballer, unfortunately he was too impatient to wait for his time in Bremen. Anyway, I hope he can help Fulham to avoid relegation.

Mascherano touches his face. Aladiere then slaps Mascherano. While I think that the ban is harsh, Aladiere's reaction was clearly disproportionate and idiotic, and he was bound to get a card if the ref saw it.

They FA have well and truly fucked us over as per usual. A 4 match ban for a slap? Fucking idiots. Surprised they didnt take 3 points off us again.

Why is the player being punished because the club made an appeal? Why arent all failed appeals punished?

    c**ts.
