Actually a draw or a loss for Fio doesn't make much diff for Milan. We have to win our games, and they have to drop points again (God willing).

Should Milan really not qualify for the CL, I can't see them taking the UEFA Cup seriously next season. If they do, they'll be strong favourites, just like Bayern this year.

I am 100% sure Milan will take it very seriously.... they desperately need some silverware, and the scudetto will not be easy with the way Inter and Juve are playing.

Will be a very interesting UEFA Cup season next year again then. As much as it sucks from the Milan perspective, it's good for the UEFA Cup to have clubs of their calibre in the competition. Increases the prestige, quality and importance of the cup.

An Inter win next weekend against Milan would win us the scudetto irrespective of other results... so I'm sure Inter will go all out for it.
