Whoever he played against Drogba was owned tonight. All he was looking for was free kicks, it was not all his fault he did become isolated often up front.

He attempted to clear a ball that was almost on the ground with his head. It was a good header - if he was a Chelsea attacker - but he should have cleared it with his right foot.

It is going to be even harder for gerrard at SB. He will probably have both makalele and mikel marking him with essien moved to right back. Rafa will have to come up with something different for this game I think. Gerrard will have to move deeper or out wide to get into the game more. It was easy for grant to plan for him today. Saying that he got free a few times and had torres scored the chance of the game his selection in that position would have been justified. It's a difficult decision for benitez but he may have to go for the arsenal lineup again with gerrard out wide and crouch starting because chelsea will yet again give us no space at all

Even without the goals, he's still one of the best strikers around, but he needs to have another player up there with him. Drogba + Crespo was excellent, I don't know why Grant won't play Drogba + Anelka.
