and goes on to rave about Munich

says he has ZERO reasons to leave; the place is so brilliant, safe and clean

sounds like Rossi will get lobbied big time now

considering the Roma player's inability to convert a penalty , I suggest they go for Gattuso

forget about his penalty taking inability for a second

the boy committed a BRUTAL foul at the WC

Bayern deserve better than an Italian van Bommel

Only the second Italian to have played in the Bundesliga. This amazes me. I thought the Germans and the Eyeties were tight. Clearly not.

I can see why the place appeals to Toni. Considering Oliver Kahn has been Bayern's best looking player for the last decade, he won't have much competition picking up the groupies. I bet Kahn is fuming now he's turned up and walked all over his patch. Even Ribery was in with a shout before the Italian turned up

Lucio talks about leaving every winter. Nevertheless he's been in Germay 8-10 years now.

    I don't want Rossi either.

Bayern need to sign Emile Heskey

    a) there arent enough Blacks in the team

    b) He can replace the misfiring, and lets be honest, pretty average Miroslut Klose

    c) Toni and Heskey would do what they do best and flat track bully every Bundesliga defence into submission on their way to a record points total and certain Champions League football for the next 3 to 5 years

    d) Heskey has experience scoring in Germany

According to Italian TV channel "Italia 1", Luca Toni has asked Rummenigge to sign Milan / Azzurri midfielder Gennaro Gattuso, who, according to "La Repubblica", wants to leave Milan.

De Rossi would never in a million years leave Roma for FC Hollywood. There's a better chance of Totti going to Newcastle.

He gets linked with Barca, Madrid, Milan everyday and you think he's gonna pack his bags to Bayern Monaco? The Bundesliga is nothing to Italains and Bayern Monaco is not considered in the same company as the Madrids and Milan's.

Form is temporary, class is permanent.

But imagine the duo Gattuso - van Bommel in the central midfield - Bayern would probably finish most matches with 9 men on the pitch. Wink

Now BILD confirms the Bayern Gattuso rumours ("Giftzwerg Gattuso" Very Happy...typical BILD):

    Thanks guys! Ale

    @Axe

Wouldn't really work with Bayern's attacking system though, having two 'destroyers' in the central midfield. They would be robust and 'scary', but probably not really dominant. If anything, Bayern need another creative player to help out Ribery, in addition to some defensive steel for the centre.

I hope they loan out poor Toni Kroos though. The year in Gladbach has really helped Marin's developement, Kroos would flourish in a similar 2. Bundesliga / end table 1. Bundesliga team. Young players like him need match practice foremost.

I know / agree, but just the thought of that duo in midfield would scare me pale
