Ja, klar.

Never in the history of the Bundesliga has a Dutch coach won the league. Never in the history of the Bundesliga (current Bundesliga, established in 1963) has Schalke won the league.

Won't. Happen.

Stevens...(Very successful) De Mos (He is never successful but did well for a poor Bremen) ... Luhukay....Van Marwijk (Bankrupt at that time)..., Michels (did not well for an European chmpion), Advocaat (Has everywhere success except in Germany)... Now Freddy Rutten.......

To be honest I have my doubts on Rutten....

Aad de Mos = the worst coach Werder had in the last couple of decades, and most likely the reason for us to never sign a Dutch coach again!

You must be kidding. De Mos / Dörner / Sidka era was the worst for Werder in recent history, Schaaf basically rescued us from relegation.

Stevens, despite not winning any national title here in Germany, is probably the only Dutch coach who had some success.
