He has his faults Jose, but he was good at building that siege mentality, and I'm sure if he was in charge for this week, he'd have done a v good job in ramping up the pressure on man ure and wigan, he was brilliant at using and manipulating the press. Not sure Grant is anywhere near as effective at this as Jose was, and this could have been a major positive for Chelsea this week.

Grant's trying to play mind games but he's just not in Mourinho's league when it comes to mind games (who is to be fair?). I feel Jose would have put real pressure on Bruce and the officials so that Bruce would have felt the need to put out his best XI.

I think Grant will make us more likeable though and if we do win the league, it'll be one hell of an achievement.

    Hilarious

John Terry- "They'll do the Premier League justice and will go out there wanting to beat Man U. We've worked our socks off all year, so we'd be disappointed if they don't.”

And Manchester United hasn’t ‘worked their socks off this year”? I be more disappointed If Bolton don’t give Chelsea a game ..

i don't think he's saying that ure haven't worked their socks off, BUT I'm sure SAF will want a reasonable challenge on sunday otherwise it'll be obvious and their winning of the title will be undermined

What does Terry expect? Sure its mind games and in the postion he is in he has to clutch onto straws, but if I was him I would just focus on the Bolton game and hope for the best, Bruce doesn’t need to be told how to do his job.

I expect Wigan to give Manchester United a game and a challenge, but Manchester United could be fielding their strongest XI and I’m not too sure about the Wigan defence .. What will be the game plan from Bruce, try and stifle Manchester United and keep inviting pressure and then succumb to the inevitable and then Bruce will get accused of handing the game to SAF..

Because a lot is riding on this game a lot of hullabaloo has been made, I expect a Manchester United victory possibly not comfortable given the circumstances, but with the likes of Ronaldo who does show up against opposition like Wigan a win is a best bet.
