the endless conveyor belt of German talents will simply not stop
so, my dear English and (other) foreign friends, let me introduce you to a player, who could turn out to become even bigger than Gomez, when both have finished their careers
his name is Manuel Fischer (juligen will be happy to recognise the German nature )
Fischer has now been brought on twice as a late sub in the Bundesliga
the 18-year-old used his first 30 minutes in the limelight to score one goal and assist another
not a bad start, heh
to those of you now wondering whether he could merely be a flash in the pan
well
the young German lad was the top-goalscorer at the U-17 Euros, I believe
chrissi and blut know more
quite astonishing: but it's now possible that Poldi's and Klose's Germany career could be over within the next two years
Gomez and Fischer could lead from the front
Kiessling, the third best goal-scorer in this year's UEFA Cup and an erstwhile transfer target of Wenger's is no longer even in the Germany Euro squad
I now propose : the hot-housing of German world beaters has to stop
the rest of the world simply cannot keep pace and will get increasingly jealous
economists already predict that one day people will fight wars over WATER (we had those oil wars already)
my fear is, that sooner than we think, the world will have proper football WARS
that the fight over football raw materials will intensify, and that the losers, those with no access to German talents, will raise their weapons, or close the gas pipelines or what have we
I therefore propose an international German footballer draft, just like in the NBA
the Bundesliga will keep the top 100 German players and the rest will be allocated to some of the poorest football nations and leagues world wide
this way, we might be able to keep this world as peaceful as possible
call me a dreamer
but I am sure, it can be done
