The real question of course is...did anyone regret al this? Would you go again if you knew the results and the way your team played ok

defo fey. i'm hoping rochdale go up on monday, once met a supporter who'd missed 3 or so matches in some ridiculous amount of years and one included a 9-0 defeat he was gutted he'd missed it, that's what real supporters are all about. i wouldn't change anything excpet perhaps going to even more matches!!

As i said in my post, i wouldnt change anything, even the defeats on cold rainy nights at Stockport, Lincoln etc.....thats what its all about. For me when you have the great days like winning promotion or beating u*d home and away Biggrin you can think back to Lincoln and Stockport and think....its all worth it, at the end of the day its all what its all about. You support your club through the good and the bad no matter what, the $h!t days are just character building and make you appreciate the great days all the more.

    ok

I think the same..noone wants to be relegated obviously..but ive been through that and it was a different experience at least..and ive watched Championship football(division 1 as it was then) which was also different, some games were terrible, some games were $h!t for quality but we scored alot of goals..we've been hammered by Birmingham in the premiership and beaten Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal...its what Boro do Very Happy

Well the team's result always has a bog influence on my mood, they lose, I wont watch it on tv. Im not gonna torture myself again.

But to be honest...I would have made the same choice again! Yes, I've been to ridiculous games in my life. Those cold evening matches in November or February..standing there in the rain..too watch a team that is 0-3 down and know it would only get worse..lighting up a wet cig and saying to myself it's the last time I went to Feyenoord...just too stand there next week again.

I have never seen my team winning a CL..and doubt I ever will. But Feyenoord represents life to me, hard working and every once in a while a bit of joy/succes.

But was it all worth...f@ck ye it was Biggrin <Ale>

When did you visit the venue of legends/theatre of dreams/home of football TS ?

At a guess, from your age, its either the 0-0 last season or probably the 1-1 in 99/00 when Spliffy Armstrong scored for you and Alan Smart scored for us ?

There are a couple of games I would have serious reservations about going to again, but in truth I'd probably still go (the bad times make you appreciate the good times and all that). Can't think of any home games I regretted going to, it's just a couple of bad, long-distance away games that make you think why do I bother?!

Villa probably in the 20-50 bracket

Shrewsbury 100+ over the years. but don't live there any more so my rate is definitely going to drop.
