It depends on who you speak to really. Some Angolans like Portugal and support the team during compititions like the Euro.
Others don't care for Portugal, but do like Brazil very much. I think they see in Brazil something they'd like for themselves: a former colony that doesn't need Portugal's help in any shape or form.
I mean, there are also Portuguese that aren't fond of Angola of course. So while it's relative, I would say there is a good feeling between both nations' people. I know many watched games together and cheered for each other's country in bars throughout Portugal this summer.
I know I meet Angolans here in Canada during the World Cup and was quite happy to see them, wished them well and they did the same with me...
