Awesome game so far. This is the cup final to watch, not that English borefest earlier.

Bremen are winning. Lovely assist from Diego, but Leverkusen were a bit unlucky as the shot was deflected past Adler.

Too many theatrics by Bremen now. Especially Diego and Pizarro. I almost want to switch allegiance to L'Kusen for the day.

Özil is a hell of a player though.

With Bremen's time wasting they played less than half the added time.

Anyway, Bremen wins 1-0, the cup and a Europa League spot.

    Congrats!

    Finishes Leverkusen 0-1 Bremen.

Congratulations to Bremen. Glad they won one of their finals this year and a good send off for Diego. Effenberg is right though, there were far too many theatrics from them throughout the match.

Glückwunsch nach Bremen. Deserved winner of the final. Congrats also for making the Europa League.

Leverkusen were too passive for most of the first half and up until the goal from Werder. Beautiful goal by Özil, who played very well today; what a great season from the young man. He really benefited from and blossomed in Diego's presence this year.

Diego with a very good last match for Bremen as well. I'll definitely miss the little Zaubermaus next season, adorable chap if it weren't for his Daddy, but all the best for him in Italy.

And also all the best for Baumann.

    cheers

Kudos to Leverkusen, although they yet again confirm their Vizekusen image. I expect Labbadia to leave now.

Wolfsburg, Schalke, Bayern, HSV, Gladbach, Leverkusen (?) all with new coaches next season... Yikes
