Yet these leagues are somehow inferior.

Particularly Germany, which has traditionally big clubs, and has the highest average attendances in Europe. Not as if Germany isn't an appealing country either.

I think Germany took some time getting organised (they take that bit very seriously) and now their league is the healthiest in Europe. In the next 4-5 years, I am certain that they will convert the Top 3 into the Top 4.

Think the main area Germany has to catch up in in order to compete is Chairmen (that's where the Bundesliga differs most fromt he big leagues). And they're catching up - Hoffenheim is a start. Billionaire Chairman is what they need (seriously I wouldn't want 1 for my club).

Apparently a Gazprom is not enough (Schalke). Same goes for faithful fans (Dortmund).

Well, they both went for 4 million...

    Everybody knows Eredivisie 4 M >>> EPL 4 M

    and PSV > Middlesborough

So far it would seem I got it right ok

So,you think like the overwhelming majority of fans in Germany.
They don´t want any billionaires ruling (ruining) their clubs, even if that means Bundesliga clubs are less competitive.

You only have to see, what happens to Hoffenheims owner Hopp in foreign stadiums. (Although you can´t compare him to the EPL billionaires - his approach is totally different.)

know too little about Hoppenheim, but no matter how he/they do it, I still prefer to see 1860 or Kaiserslautern in the Bundesliga.

German fans are great (much better than from the top3 leagues).

Their fans look incredible. Full houses, great atmospheres. How I'd love to see the likes of Dortmund, Kaiserslautern in the big time again.

Dortmund get like 80,000+ week in, week out, and they haven't won anything for a while (as far as I'm aware)

Lived in Dortmund for a while so visited the mother of all terraces there a few times (& came back once). Always enjoy visiting stadiums in Germany (especially now they got rid of all those athletics tracks).

La Liga: Altidore, Heitinga, Escudero, Hleb

Serie A: Ronaldinho, Poulsen, Flamini, Zarate, Alexis Sanchez (?), Zambrotta

EPL: Modric, GDS, Bosingwa, Jonas, Jo, Deco, Nasri, Gomes

Probably some I've forgotten, but at the moment you'd say it's between Serie A & the EPL.

You can add Menez to Serie A and Elmander to E.P/ These two could do well.

La Liga is f@cked. Not nearly the same amount of money as the Premiership, and all of a sudden, Serie A, have.
