Disgraceful refereeing in the Arsenal game - first penalty shout probably was, but wasn't given. Actual penalty wasn't, but was given. Van Persie and Adebayor both should have been booked for diving, both were given free kicks.

Taking it easy on Arsenal because they lost last week? You'd better believe it...

Anyway it was accidental so as far as I know this means no penalty, not that it would have made much of a difference to the result. I hate seeing penalties being given for something so cheap.

You can't run with your hands tucked in by your side. And if someone is whacking a ball at you, you naturally turn your head away. Pens for that type of incident just ruin games.

Zaki's got three in three now. Looks a very good purchase by Bruce. Didn't he get him on loan? So maybe the deal has an agreed fee.

    Not purchase.

Didn't he get him on loan?

    Yes.

So maybe the deal has an agreed fee.

No maybe about it - there's a pre-agreed fee, and a lump sum if he scores more than 20 goals.

Has to be deliberate and I'm pretty sure it has to be a goalbound shot or suchlike. Loads of similar pens don't get given.

    Newcaslte were $h!t.

They were indeed. But it still took woeful refereeing to get Arsenal off the mark.

    End of.

    Ye. Conte.

Should of won by more ok

Maybe so. Doesn't mean the referee did well.

For Bruce's sake lets hope he has, his valuation will have risen by a few million over the last four weeks.

To be fair, EMP got it absolutely spot on when he said that he would do well in the EPL.

Owen is just so awesome, why couldn't Rafa sign him instead of Keane? He'd be fine with rotation, he rotates himself with injury.
