THey really deserved it - dangerous with conter attacks (Lafferty is doing very well) and organized enough on defensive end. We only created something after we conceded, hopefully in 2nd half we can do better. But Leo's tactics has been awful today - he forgot to tell somebody to play as left midfielder Doh , which makes our team looking very awkward. And playing the same way...

Watching a little bit of Denmark-Portugal now - Ronaldo and Co. has like 95% possession, but Denmark's bus is still standing strong.

It could even give them a chance to win the group with Slovakia at home on Wed. Czechs away for the final game though.

There is talk of dropping Healy because he hasn't score for quite a while in this wonderful country Glenn. We have a great depth of world class forwards on the bench waiting to come in.

    Think so.
Patterson (who replaced injured Lafferty) just shoot wide being 1on1 against Boruc, we are really struggling with defending through ball tonight.

True, but he has been playing in Portuguese league for several seasons now (not that i am in favor of naturalized players). He was not someone "signed" to play right now.

    1-1 FT

Totally undeserved result. I think Denmark must have some kind of voodoo against us. In Portugal they had a crazy win. Today we must have broken the record of shots and still the first time they have a shot...goal.
We were all over them for long periods of the game and still they get away with a draw.

We are out IMO so it will be between Sweden and Hungary for the best second race. Congratz Denmark.
