On paper, they have such a good side.... but somehow they just don't click well together.... if thay had won against a 10 man France tonight, they were through...

We deserved to win tonight. Even we had a good game, it's time to sack domenech.

Can't fault the 10 players, sorry the 9 outfield players tonight. They gave everything, and completely dominated Serbia. STILL, the teamplay is clearly down to individuals, and not because of the clown Domenech.

Well, considering what pussies they were...no wonder what they fielded tonight.

Well, what a game. For once an entertaining France game.

Lloris - x - Not going to give him a mark, undeservedly sent off I thought. Yellow maybe, but a red is very harsh.
Sagna - 6 - Great defensively, went up often, but did screw up a bit on his final ball.
Gallas- 5 - Generally sound, but cocked up for the penalty incident
Abidal - 4 - Not very convincing. Quite shaky, despite a few good interventions.
Evra - 5 - Krasic ran rings around him in the first half, but he improved in the second. Unlike Sagna, he was excellent going forward.
Diarra - 8 - Immense game. He won everything in the middle, beautiful passing, great skills.
Toulalan - 6 - He gets a 6 for effort, because he did give his all to the cause. But I think it's quite apparent to everyone that Lassana and Toulalan can't play together. And Toulalan has been going backwards for a while now. He often loses the ball, and he can't shoot.
Gourcuff - 6,5 - He was brilliant in the first half, then went under in the second from fatigue.
Henry - 7 - He was dangerous everytime he had the ball. He didn't get it often though, I thought he looked a bit tired. Had Vidic on the run every time. And scored the goal.
Anelka - 7,5 - Set up the goal, and was France's most dangerous man. No one in the Serbian backline managed to handle him. Didn't take his chances though.
Gignac - x - Didn't play enough, but hehad some nice touches.

    Subs
    Mandanda - 7 - Secure, decent kicking.
Ribery - 5 - Disappointing, did nothing when he came on.
    Diarra - x - Didn't have enough time.

The one we all learned from that game, and especially Lazovic, was don't mess with Rosetti.

He doesn't come across as the smartest human being but he's a hell of a player.

He was basically covering both sides of the pitch tonight. And he's exactly the midfielder you'd want on the ball when the opposition is pressing u.

I saw him effortlessly hit a long accurate pass with the laces to Anelka the other day vs Romania - never thought he could do that. Looks like he could do everything when u watch him play.
