Maresca used the ball very well but it wasn't spectacular.
Great result.

Henry 2008/09 = a goal every 152 mins
Chevanton 2008/09 = a goal every 33 mins
What do you make of that Professor ?

That both have sucked in Spain so far
But lets be honest here, a $h!t Henry is at least 2 levels above Chevanton and the likes.
A crocked/past it/shit Henry playing for a team that negates his best qualities and in which hardly has anyone looked good in for the past 2 years scored 19 goals and had 10+ assists from mostly a wide position.
Has a healthy and on form "Cheva" ever produced anything as good as the above in a season in his life?
I tried looking for his stats and all I could find was something like 5 goals in 2 seasons Unbelievable, Is he really that bad?

All Henry's goals and assists last year were against relegation fodder

His last 4 La Liga apps:
1-0 down to Racing comes on scores and they win 2-1
1-0 to Osasuna - comes on at half time gets an assist and wins a pen to seal the game but badly injured in stoppage time so missed rest of the season.
Scored v Sporting Gijon to get them nback in teh game.
Sealed teh game v Espanyol

You see the difference ?

Pierre Littbarski wrote:Sheva at Chelsea in CL ko stages:
5 Starts (0 subs)
2 goals
2 assists
The hardest games to score in are CL KO phases - goals per game are incredibly low compared with domestic leagues and group phases (where Henry scores fine )
So to put it simply:
The best striker at scoring when it is hardest to score is Shevchenko.

Ronaldo's will be heavily blighted by injury and he is on a different level to Sheva and henry anyway - a phenomenon.

British interest behind Soriano's 35% holding in Valencia?

Aguero wants him to be born in Madrid and Diego isn't too happy about that.

So are we going to see Del Bosque call him up at his first birthday and give a minute or two just to be on the safe side??
