Re: Jens Lehmann
Typical Lehmann really. From what I've seen he has done well for Stuttgart this season and put in some excellent performances - but these are punctuated by comical errors like this on a fairly regular basis. He made another howler in a previous European game where he tried to take a player on and only played the ball to an opponent who lobbed him and scored. But I think he has made a positive contribution for Stuttgart, particularly after their goalkeeping woes last season.

Re: Jens Lehmann
Lehmann was awkwardly goofy, but really the player who's guilty is that Stuttgart defender.
A back-pass like that is a sure call for troubles: a long and fast ball, passed almost blindly under pressure and directed to the middle of the box while there's an unmarked opponent that's running just into there. Really, it's in the don't-ever-do 101 for defenders.
