Looking at group competition, it has to be the most incredible goalfest ever, especially looking at usually dull 1st halfs .

This is the galacticos system 5 defenders 5 attackers no team. they're all over the place.

We were lucky a number of times. Offensively we are good (we actually would have had a 3rd if it weren't for a wrong offside call), but our defense is not controlling Mutu/Gilardino well at all.

I hope Klinsmann has some kind of short and long-term plan. You're not going to win anything without a decent defensive set-up.

14 points only now. Wow that was a big downfall considering I have 4 players(Lopez, Lino, Senna and RVN) playing and were all on 30 points with what you would consider winnable comfortable games(bar the Aresnal game)

IMO they have a lot of improving to do. Madrid's final passes have not been inch-perfect, so Juve's defenders are getting away with all manner of scrambling and last ditch clearances. Doesn't look organised at all at the back for Juve.

I don't think Schuster has EVER made a substitution at HT, no matter how bad we're playing. 60th minute is the minimum he waits, though usually he makes them when it's too late to change anything.
