If a Golfer has loads of birdies putts but keept missing, so he decides to just pick up his ball on the last and drop it in the hole he wouldn't be able to say he deserved it.
    It's still bloody cheating.

Puro I hate to correct you but before rafa rested gerrard and alonso we were totally dominating atletico and bar a shocking ref decision would have been two - nil up and on our way to winning comfortably

Today we missed at least 6 simple chances. Not just good chances, but near certain goal chances.

Now if this is your version of atletico playing us off the park with about 2% possession in the second half then you should give up watching football

I loved Totti's roll in the tackle for the FK that lead to the goal. With a roll like that he should try tumbling for the Italian Gymnastics team.

And if instead Golfer shanks a shot into the water, it bounces of a log than was floating in the lake and then lands on the fair way? He'd be lucky, he may as well have cheated and in any other circumstance he wouldn't have gotten away with it if those in charge had any standards. It's simply a shocking example of someone being incredibly lucky.
