I Deserve Ballon D'Or Too - Ibrahimovic
Inter star Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes he has nothing less than the likes of Kaká and Ronaldinho and thinks he would deserve to win the Ballon D'Or, though he admits he has to win the Champions League first.

Inter front man Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes he is fully deserving of the Ballon D'Or award and that he has nothing less going for him than Ronaldinho or Kaká.

The favorites for this year's award are Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, but Inter president Massimo Moratti has stated many times that 'Ibra' would be just as deserving to win the coveted individual prize.

"I am certainly worthy of the Ballon D'Or," he told French newspaper L'Equipe. "I think that Kaká and Ronaldinho have nothing more than me. I'm at their level and would not look bad alongside them.

Zlatan was better than Kaka and Dinho last season. Zlatan played a big part in Inter winning the scudetto last season and was more impressive than Ronaldo at Euro 08 despite carrying an injury. I think you're underrating him slightly.

Its not like he's Stewart Downing and saying he should win the Ballon D'or.

Whichever..Zlatan is not the best player in the world, nor is he close to being. I dont see him enough to judge him properly..but whenever I have seen him he has been pretty poor, and ive seen him upwards of 1 time.

Its not really about who's the best player in the world.

Owen won it in 2001 and he was nowhere near the best player in the world.

Its based on the calender year, but is often decided on the tail end of the previous season or an international tournament.

Zlatan is good, but he is not in the league of Kaka' and Ronaldo. He still hasn't proved himself in a knockout format. Kaka' has. Ronaldo has (he scored in the Final--I know Pierre will disagree as to my estimation of Ronaldo).

All this talk is academic. Ronaldo has been comfortably better than his main competitors. Give the man, regardless of his arrogance, his due reward.

Abou Treika, Zaki outperformed Drogba Etoo because their team won the ACN , they were very influential , still find me one guy who says they are better players.

Last year's Ballon d'Or winner Kaká thinks that current favorite, Manchester United ace, Cristiano Ronaldo, would be a deserving recipient.

Ahead of tomorrow night's friendly between Brazil and Portugal, last year's Ballon d'Or winner, Brazil's Kaká, thinks that Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo deserves to be the favorite to win the individual prize this year.
