Yeh i agree ref was bad, though you should've had only penalty, which was the first incident with Malouda and Alves. 2nd one Drogba dived. Other 2 were just shots blasted at a player's hand/upper arm.

I'm pretty sure that like all refs, he has worked his way up to a game of this magnitude. It's not as if he was taken from the Norwegian league all of a sudden and this is his first ever CL game.

This is nonsense, because eventually the stock of referees who have taken charge of such games will run out and with no new referees being promoted there'll be no one left.
Though he obviously bottled it, got most of the decisions wrong and played Messi into the final entirely because he's from the Norwegian league.
