van Gaal is certainly the most arrogant of them all! Well perhaps Jose comes close. 50 euro's is a bit much for his new book imo!

I have read a couple of weeks ago that Jose has his new best CV. Fey just mentioned that his new book is 50 euro’s. He and Van have pretty close differences.

Ferguson has only had 2 jobs so not much diversity of experience, on the other hand he has shown loyalty to the companies he's worked for. Capello's the opposite, he'll be off if he finds another opportunity so is it worth spending time and money on him. Depends on if you want someone in the long-term. Although Ferguson is pretty old and will die sooner rather than later.

I also want to see what kind of cover letter they have, what are their interests outside of work. Are they team players, can they get projects finished, can they meet deadlines, how are they under pressure, can I trust them to meet clients and expand my business?

Del Bosque has won virtually everything.

At the 1986 world cup when he was still Aberdeen manager. It wasn't a good idea, probably cost us the league championship that year.
