In fairness, they should have given the FIFA delegates plastic bags rather than handbags. Y'know, incase of a water shortage.

I do agree though. There is something quite ominous about this bid to date. And not in a good way.

The Olympics will be fine - the stadium is already half built and the amount of work going on looks like they've learnt the Wembley lesson.

Do Ballack & co get paid for supporting your bid? If so, then the money is probably better spent on bribing the FIFA delegates than to waste it on your EPL superstars.
