    Barca

Don't care about rest, to be honest.

but if asked for my opinion, I guess both Liverpool and Rangers.

I don't understand how Barca can go out tonight btw, if they lose and Rubin win they'll be 3 points behind Rubin so can't they still mathematically go through in match day 6 or am I missing something obvious?

Rubin Kazan beat Barcelona on a head-to-head record (2-1, 0-0) so if they finish level on points Rubin win the tie-breaker.

    Right ok got it now!

When did this head to head business come into play? didn't it used to be goal difference?

Quite a while ago, i think maybe 2001/02? Surely you rememeber when Liverpool went through based on their superior head to head record against Roma?

the most famous example you'll remember was in 2004 when we went into the final game against Olympiacos needing to win by 2 clear goals in order to qualify level on points with a better head-to-head record. Goal difference is way down the list of deciders.
